Specialisation

· Front End Design Engineering support during project’s pre-sanction phase

· Preliminary Design to support clients during the proposal/bidding phase of the project

· Support in developing project schedules and pricing estimates during the bidding phase which may include but not limited to costs of raw material, fabrication/ construction, overheads, consumables, equipment and manpower

· Detailed Engineering Design and Calculations

· Detailed Drawings for Manufacturing, Fabrication and Construction

· Preparation of Bill of Materials, Material Take-Off lists, Material Specifications and Data Sheets

· Develop and prepare Quality Control and Inspection Test Plan

· Develop and prepare fabrication, construction and test procedures including FAT, EFAT and SIT

· Develop and prepare Inspection Release Certificates

Engineering & Design

· We can also undertake the full procurement of the material and equipment if requested by our clients. Procurement Services shall include:

· Review of material and equipment specifications and data sheets

· Source, evaluate and qualify potential suppliers

· Support the preparation and co-ordination on the request for pricing and quotations

· Assist in the evaluation of the bids and quotations

· Provide support to negotiate for the final order of the material and equipment

· Follow up on the status of the order including providing support for factory inspection during manufacturing and pre-shipment inspection

· Expedite and co-ordinate the delivery and shipment of the ordered material and equipment to the work site

· If required by our clients, undertake the complete procurement function on a sub-contract basis to supply the required material and equipment to support the site construction work.
